Jayne: What’s getting me through depends on the day:). Talking with family and catching up with friends, baking bread, producing and learning how to edit videos (music and Pilates), and lots of Pilates, walks, sunshine, and seeing the flowers bloom!

Jessica‘s Quarantine Winners:

Renee: I have been enjoying taking walks and listening to good fiction as well as playing board games with family and baking. Morning Pilates and video chatting with friends also brighten up my days.

Teresa: I’m still working full-time for Haworth so my days are busy, but my cat Bennett is helping me get through spending my days working on the computer by watching over me while I work.  Working out and keeping in contact with my family and friends is also helping.

Terree: What’s getting me through is daily walks, journaling (something I’ve never done before), and moving forward with Pilates teacher training with such a supportive team.
