TONE & TIGHTEN

Beginner-intermediate 50 minute group mat class – Get a total body workout every time. Connect to your CORE muscles, tone arms, firm legs, and leave standing taller every class. This class uses weighted balls, resistance bands, fitness circles and rollers, all of which enhance your workout and your physique.

CORE COMMUNITY VIRTUAL MAT CLASS

Beginner-intermediate 50 minute group mat class – Get a total body workout every time. We meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9 am EDT. Join us LIVE via Zoom, or workout at your own time with the class recording. Every participant will receive a link to the class recording to use whenever they’d like, as many times as they’d like!
