TONE & TIGHTEN

Beginner-intermediate 50 minute group mat class – Get a total body workout every time. Connect to your CORE muscles, tone arms, firm legs, and leave standing taller every class. This class uses weighted balls, resistance bands, fitness circles and rollers, all of which enhance your workout and your physique.

Mind/Body Cardio

Cardio Pilates – PHIIT

Cardio Pilates – A 50 min class filled with everything you love about Mat Pilates created in an interval format to deliver the cardio you want to check off your list. This full body HIIT, high intensity interval training, class will positively affect your posture, cardio conditioning, and all over strength. HIIT Pilates Style is PHIIT. Get ready to curl,crawl, jump,roll, and lengthen.
